Relensing your glasses with your latest optical lens prescription is easy with Myeyeglassclub. Upload your lens prescription and select your lens type and features. If you don't have access to your prescription, you can send us your frames and we can copy the exact prescription already on your lens with the "duplicate lens", option to replace the lenses with new ones, or send another frame along with it to copy. A new lens starts at $89. Premium lens features like, antiglare, polarization, thinner lenses, photo chromatic and tints are available!
After your order is placed send your glasses to:

We recommend sending your glasses in a sturdy midsize or smaller box with a hard case for added protection. You can also use wrapping paper with a soft case. We will mail back your glasses with your new lenses 7-10 days from the time we receive your glasses. Feel free to text or call our customer service department with questions at (347) 254-1625.
Missing or worn down nosepads? Select the insert nosepads option ($10). We will also replace screws, and realign and tighten stretched out frames on request.
Have more then one pair to relense? Use our discount codes "TWO,THREE, OR FOUR" for $15 off PER PAIR. Additional codes can be provided if sending more then four pairs.
IMPORTANT DISCLOSURES IF YOUR ARE SENDNG US YOUR OWN FRAME:
The Eyeglassclub and it's affiliated eyeglass lab successfully fabricates thousands of eyeglasses every single month. Our goal is to turn around your order as quickly as possible with fantastic lenses. Breakages, damages and lost glasses are very rare but do occur from time to time. We can not completely eliminate this small risk. As a result we have made the following disclosures. By sending your glasses you agree to the following disclosures and understand that in the event of any breakage, damage or loss, we will not be held financially responsible in any circumstance.
Damaged frames
If your frame is deemed to be in too poor condition to use we will send it back to you and give you the option to send another frame, select a frame from our selection, or cancel the purchase and issue a refund. which can take up to 5-7 days.
If a breakage or damage occurs we will give you the option to send another frame or offer a replacement from our own selection at no additional cost. Our customer care team will offer you a choice of several glasses to choose from.
This is our only customer satisfaction policy for damaged or broken frames. At no point will we be financially liable for any breakages, scratches, missing studs or damage to your frame.
Lost or misplaced frames
*If we receive a frame that is not the same as the frame indicated on the order form we will mail it back. You can also authorize us to relense this frame via email.
*If the frame is lost after we have received it, you will be given the option to choose a frame from our selection at no additional cost to you.
The Eyeglass club will at no point be financially responsible for any lost, or misplaced frames even in cases where we are at fault.
By mailing your glasses you are understanding and agreeing to all the terms for damaged or lost frames .
